Sung Soo (Eric) Kim, PhD is an experienced CEO Advisor & Data Scientist specializing in AI & digital strategy, digital architecture, and digital transformation, operational excellency with demonstrated track records in Private Equity Fund and Multinational Company's HQ initiatives.
He is the founder and CEO of Datacrunch Global, a leading provider of Augmented Intelligence Solutions.
Sung Soo (Eric) is also a Special Guest Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Business Administration of Keio University in Japan, and Adjunct Professor at both the Graduate School of Business of Yonsei University, and SKK GSB in Seoul, Korea. He is the first to open MBA level "AI strategy for Business" courses at each global leading business schools which he is affiliated around the world.
He holds a Ph.D. in Management Engineering from KAIST and an MA and BS in Economics from the University of Missouri.
Geary Choe is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the firm's Antitrust & Competition and Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practice. Geary also has experience advising the firm's clients in the game, resort & entertainment, technology, media & telecommunications, and life sciences and healthcare industries.Before joining the firm, Geary was a litigation associate at an international law firm in Tokyo, where he focused on antitrust, internal investigations, and commercial litigation. Previously, he also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anne M. Patterson of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and worked as an associate attorney at one of the largest law firms in Korea. Geary received a joint J.D. & LL.M. in International & Comparative Law and a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University. He also holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies (field of study: Sustainability) from Harvard University and a Master of International Studies from Seoul National University.
Nina H. Kim is a foreign attorney in the Corporate & Finance Practice. Ms. Kim has extensive experience in a broad range of transactions and projects, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions (both inbound and outbound), corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Throughout her career, Ms. Kim has advised clients in many high-profile transactions, including capital investments made by foreign companies in Korea in various industries, including in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and automobile sectors. She represents corporate and institutional clients in transactions and projects, including advising multi-national companies and global private equity funds in complex transactions with major Korean businesses and conglomerates, such as Samsung, SK Chemicals and Hyundai and leading Korean pharmaceutical companies. In addition, Ms. Kim counsels foreign clients, whom she has advised from the start of their initial investments in their Korean businesses, with on-going operational issues, including compliance, regulatory and commercial matters.
